For as long as there have been cameras, there have been fine photographs of cars and portraits of people. But not until Ren Wicks and Dean Kirkland created "Auto Effigies" has anyone brought the two together.
In a private studio in Orange County California, the two car lovers collaborated to combine Ren's years of creative experience in commercial automobile advertising and Dean's years of commercial photography to establish a source for car collectors and their collections to be captured in timeless portrait beauty.
Auto Effigies brings out the beauty, elegance and power that each auto posses. The very reason the owner fell in love with his automobile in the first place. Combine the owner's likeness along side his prized possession. This is fine portrait photography that every car owner will love and be able to share with many generation to come.
But the final image is only a portion of what Auto Effigies is all about. "The Experience" is what sets them apart from the rest.
